Getting a resole is easy, BUT, you must email us before attempting to send in your shoes!!
You will get a return Email with shipping info and turnaround times and other important info.
After you get the email confirm, follow the directions below:

Go to our order form and use the selection boxes to indicate your rubber choice and any other info you would like to pass along. You will need to print out the completed form and include it in the box along with your shoes. Be sure the form is filled out completely!!! Please include one form for each pair of shoes that you are sending. Turnaround time varies depending on the season so plan ahead. Normal turnaround is about 7-14 days in shop time, then return shipping. During peak season, turnaround time can be up to 21 days. Plan accordingly.
Approach shoes will take longer.

Payment should be included in the box in the form of a check or money order, or via PayPal

PLEASE READ: When we give you the A-Ok to send in shoes it would be swell if you could get them in the mail in a timely manner. Something like a 3 day window would really make it much easier on us for scheduling and planning. Here is what jacks up our program: We say "sure, send us the shoes", and then you send them 3 weeks later and then call us dicks for not having a timely turnaround. Ya'll got's to dip that bread while the gravy is still hot.
